![]() ![]() ![]() In the UC timeline mobile suits were made specifically for space combat, they aren't affected by momentum in space as much as a normal craft would. Coming from the clown that got banned from Evolution's forums for being overly toxic? lmaoĪlso your "In UC they move slow" argument only holds water on the ground. Hell Garma in MSG thinks the Gundam could fly under it's own power, simply because they didn't realize how much output it's thrust pack had. OYW stuff was especially slow and clunky. Granted late UC ♥♥♥♥ could get pretty agile, none of it was flighty like the AU ♥♥♥♥ out there. Confirmed for having a crunchyroll sub and watching only AU garbage. if your looking for a Gundam game to play for free just play Evolution controls are tighter, menus are better, and its way more clear where your projectiles will hit- sure it may not have ground combat but it feels much better to play. I will admit i don't watch a lot of Mobile Suit Gundam but from what i remember of all the episodes i have seen- the Mechs move really fast and fluidly and don't have dumb cooldowns on stuff. Originally posted by Kinzuko:forced hour long tutorial sequence before you can even touch the graphics and controls settings, slow mouse control even with sensitivity cranked, no mouse control in menus, dreaded cone of fire (bullets projecting from gun in a random cone instead of where you are pointing) on foot feels just as bad as mech combat but somehow worse, space combat is clunky and bad, everything has long ass cooldowns for no reason, and the only positive thing i can say about this whole game: it runs decently well with no stutters or frame drops and didnt crash. This sounds more like a skill issue on your part, rather than a game issue. Here are some screenshots of me using "average" suits outside their native costs while ganking ♥♥♥♥. Pilot skill & how well you know your suits strengths and weaknesses are very much a factor in this game, you can't just rush in guns blazing and expect to kill everything around you. It's just garbage I generally use non meta/weaker suits on principle and gank the hell out of people using meta suits, so I don't know what your talking about. ![]() those suits are separated by cost brackets for a reason and normally only get picked when the match rotation only allows suits in their cost bracket. I get maybe the game and how it plays speed wise may not be your cup of tea, but acting like player skill doesnt matter is blatantly incorrect.Įdit: and if the match type people are going into is unrestricted and they show up in a 200-400 cost suit when people have 600-650 cost suits they WILL get slapped hard. Knowing when to commit/fall back, which weapons to chain/cycle/alternate in what orders for diff circumstances, bait out melees or tackles so you can counter or melee yourself etc are all things you learn as you play and they all absolutely matter in standard gameplay. skill is absolutely a part of gameplay in gbo2. its funny you say that because an actually skilled player can beat the crap out of someone in a "better" suit if they arent that good or arent used to their suit. You can still win by doing stupid sh*t just because you have a better unit and can kill people in like 2 hits, lol I just can't be bothered with this game, especially since skill is pretty much irrelevant anyway Once acquired, develop your Mobile Suits by customizing specific parts and weapons, or unlocking other important abilities through the hangarĪn online lobby where you can connect with players from around the world!Īs a pilot, you can strengthen your MS and prepare for various battles in the base camp.Originally posted by Fenrir:yeah, the game definitely feels clunky af, even on pad, so anyone defending it is kinda wack, tbh Mobile Suits aren't the only heroes on the battlefield!
